Vasseur's clearly really good at making both drivers feel the love and feel the faith in the project and like the project has faith in them too.

and I'm not disparaging Hamilton when I say this, but just if there is any belief in the short term that Hamilton's the best bet.
You remember when Bernardo would refer to Sebastian Vettel as Ferrari's North Star for the championship when Leclerc first joined there.
If they think that that's Hamilton for now, they're not going to sign Leclerc on a long-term deal and then do a bunch of damage in the next 12, 15 months to make sure that Hamilton's got everything he needs and take it away from...
from leclerc i mean where it will be a test of ferrari's capacity is can it kind of navigate this kind of really tight path between what both want whether that's technically operationally whatever so that's why i say like if be interesting to see if they can get both on a relatively even keel through a weekend and through a run of weekends rather than have these sort of like little or medium swings where one driver just has the edge here and there
I think there'll be an element with Leclerc of just getting to a point where he just gets on top of things just by sheer pace.
Just beat Hamilton by having a level of pace that Hamilton, just generally over a long enough run of races, just can't quite match because Leclerc's just...
He's so fast.
When I say that, it's not just a one-lap thing.
He's such a strong Grand Prix driver.
I don't say this critically because it could be misconstrued.

I do feel that there's an element.
I do not see how Leclerc
can really bring himself to be like a political operator.
I don't really see him being, I'm not to say that he's, you know, completely lax behind the scenes or anything like that.
But, you know, Hamilton described himself, didn't he, when he was talking about, you know, the headache he gave Fred last year where he came in
Hamilton's so intense and repetitive and just incessant and relentless in the way that he goes about things.
