We've got CFA charter holders and we've got people on the grad dip of applied finance.
But we're not looking for cookie cutter anal an analysting in echoes, right?
We're looking for people who understand businesses and human nature and can take that and yes, apply the maths and get some sort of result.
So if you think about those people.
Bill Mann's greatest skill is a communicator and thinker, not not investor in quotes, right?
And I I really do think we've had science PhDs, we've had people Tom and David Gardner were literature majors, right?
Now they had a family connection with finance, but they they they're bringing
Not necessarily a different world view.

But don't follow just for the sake of it.
The ability to think independently.
I think is honestly a large part of what that is.
And there'd be no pressure to conform to what does the industry think we should do.
