You start investing and you you want to try and you don't do anything, right?
And you learn a few things.
I used to calculate forty different ratios, mate.
I had spreadsheets when I was I d I would date myself, it's twenty odd years ago.
I would calculate quick ratios and current ratios and cash conversion cycles and gross margins, net margins.
And I knew all the numbers, right?
And it's the old line about the price of everything, the value of nothing.
And the more I do this, the more I think even with the Toshra example, there are probably four or five things.
that determine whether Telstra is a quality successful long-term business.
The value I should go do it separately, so I'll I will leave that to the side.
But there's only there there's a there's a significant um
point at which you've approached a principle stuff, right?
Diminishing returns past certain level of research.
Is it likely that the forty eighth day I spend on Telstra is gonna un unearth that nugget that goes from terrible investment to great, what a great to terrible?
