Energy underpins healthy economies.
Healthy economies can afford to clean up the environment, and we do.
The cleanest air in the world is where it's rich.
The cleanest water in the world is where it's rich.
And we have the biggest economies.
We're not hurting the environment.
We're protecting the environment through wealth.
So if you're imploding your own economies, you're actually running counter to what your intentions were.
And this is not trivial.
This is one of the most important things that I think the citizenry is not understanding about the policies that are intending to be green, whatever that word means.
So, you know, energy...
The economy, the environment.
And it flows that way.
You have to have this energy, security, abundant, affordable, reliable energy to have a healthy economy to clean up the environment.
The worst environments in the world I've ever seen are where it's poor.
I mean, the land, the soils, the water, the local air, awful.
Because you can't literally, they have other priorities.
Yeah.
Again, this is not a binary answer.
