So the challenge there is containing the heat.
How do you contain the reaction in the heat?
And there's two big approaches to that.
And that heat is used to do what?
Boil water, make steam, turn a turbine, run a generator, and make electricity.
So it's just a different way to create heat.
But the cool part about it is it's completely inherently safe.
You're not splitting things, you're fusing them.
So it literally shuts itself down, okay?
It's almost the perfect energy.
If I had to pick one of everything we've talked about, it's the closest to being the answer to unlimited heat, to make electricity and heat for other processes.
The challenge, and it's really important, I think, if you look at...
The end-use energy we talked about earlier.
Only 20% of the energy in the world end-use is electricity today, and it's grown to 20%.
80% is other things, heat, molecules, for industrial processes, making cement and steel and fertilizers and plastic and all the stuff we do.
So...
As that electricity grows, nuclear fission and fusion can be part of that.
But it takes so much heat to make cement and steel.
You can't do it with solar and wind.
You have to burn something.
