You know, I was thinking, I was listening to your podcast recently.

It was Wes Cummings from Applied Digital.

And he talked about a couple of things that struck me as, you know, yeah, the most important thing to him was, you know, power or one of the most important things.

And

What we're seeing is a lot of activity throughout the country from coast to coast.

We're seeing opportunities in areas that are maybe in the gas production areas, like in the Marcellus in Pennsylvania, Ohio, down in Texas, where you have the Permian, the

even in the Mountain West where you have gas transportation in certain areas in Utah, Wyoming.

So we're seeing things all over the place, but that doesn't mean it can't happen anywhere else.

There are opportunities that just seem to be, I wouldn't say in all 50 states, Rich, but they're certainly in many of the states in the country, we're seeing opportunities.

Maybe I can add one thing to that.

You were asking what are some criteria.

I think one of the first things that our customers need to look at is certainly on their emissions permitting.

Some of these things, when you're talking about projects, there's kind of three tiers of projects that I think about from an emissions permit standpoint.

you know, provided you're just looking at the federal regulations on emissions, you know, there's minor air quality permits, there's what they call major source or Title V permits, and there's one that's called PSD, prevention of significant deterioration.

So these different permits, it kind of puts you in areas where on a minor permit, you might be looking at permitting a couple hundred megawatts at a site,

Or major source, Title V, you might be looking at maybe double that.

You might be getting 400, 500 megawatts.

We're seeing projects like that.

And then, like I was talking about earlier, those gigawatt projects, they're in what's called the PSD, where you're permitting, again, more than 500 megawatts, more than 1,000 megawatts.

And so these things can be done.
