And it's just a matter of having a permit, working on your permits early,

making sure that you give yourself time to make those things come to fruition so that you can move forward and order equipment and build your data center.

I think, you know, utility bridging was the big

conversation last year.

I think you're going to see that, but you're also going to see not utility arriving to the site.

So you're going to see a little bit of both.

I mean, let's face it, in some places, a grid interconnection for a site can take many, many years.

You see three years, five years, seven years, even more.

And in this race to revenue that AI is,

There's no time for that for those folks.

So of course, they're going to go with a solution of onsite power if that's the case.

There are also many niche cases where you may not need the utility or want the utility due to security.

You might see, you know,

maybe government applications of data centers.

You might see even non-government, but housing sort of critical data that nobody wants, needs to be sort of sovereign or safe, secure.

So having a grid connected offers some potential cybersecurity issues too.

So there's a lot of different niches out there and there'll be a little bit of everything.

So one thing I will say is the word bridge,

I see that as what you might think of as the utility bridging to the site, but an onsite power plant can bridge back to the grid as well and push power onto the grid.

I think there's going to be a lot of that in the future where these data centers are participants in grid services and putting power onto the grid where it makes sense.
