And you genuinely, you'd be fit for nothing.
Like there was communions, confirmations, birthday parties, nights out after the season.
And you wouldn't want to go to any of them because you'd be so, you'd be so disappointed with the lack of opportunity that you were being given that, and I suppose personally then looking at myself, my form wasn't where it needed to be to be in order to put myself in a position to warrant a starting place.
And that was frustrating.
So I genuinely look back on it.
I probably mourned it 12 months ago.

And I suppose coming from a place where I would have, I suppose, always associated myself with starting and playing that role.

I found it hard then to transition to being an Impact sub and I suppose that last year I probably wasn't even being an Impact sub, I was just a sub, unused a lot of the time.
So that was tough to wrap your head around, that was tough to come to terms with, kind of get to grips with.
But yeah, it probably fast-tracked me into this year being able to probably go to the games, enjoy the games, watch the games and
kind of put back on my Limerick supporters jersey and cheer for the team in a sense.

it's easier to step away when you know my body's given up or I'm not in the position to add something to this.
But you know when you're in a position where you say, could add something here.
