I don't know, better than other people is maybe unfair, but then really lived and applied those standards?
That commercial encroachment is a really interesting one, because on one hand, you have a role with the team to protect the team and ensure the high performance.
And on the other hand, you've got an obligation to the organization to ensure maximum return.
So that push and pull is a real tension.

And are you running point on that as commercial and ops?
And understanding the organisation's perspective, I guess, as well.
