Like, that is genuinely, like, because I'd spoke to other people and they said, yeah, like, he does that to everyone.

It's like, you know, he's just moments, right?

Let's pull back into Sentinel because you're at the ground level.

So I want to go back to front with Sentinel.

So I want you to take us to current day.

So 10 years down the track, like what's the size of the operation and then go back to kind of like how you built it to where it is.

So what changed?

So you do three or four years of living like this, and then how did you grow out of it?

There's two things at play here, right?

You're on the self-improvement journey individually, but at the same time, you're trying to build a team and you're trying to make them all better.

So do you have to figure yourself out before you can help others or can you do them at the same time?

And I'm really keen to talk to you about values.

We have done a lot of work in this space and it's been hugely beneficial for our business, understanding who we are and what we stand for.

And I talked to Rhonda about this and I want to read what she said.
