There is nothing he is not prepared to take on and try.

I find him to be one of the most curious and most courageous people I know.

He's extremely values-led.

And I mean that in the sense that he lives and breathes and leans into his values on the daily.

I think a really good example of that most recently is he sent an out of office, which I'm going to read.

So this is an out of office reply and it says, I'm out with sick kids, so it might take a while to respond.

Don't call me unless it's more important than the kids.

And then in brackets, hint, it won't be.

For anything urgent, please call the office.

Otherwise, I'll come back to you as soon as I can.

And I've seen that on your LinkedIn and I've seen sort of the viral response to it, which is an example, I'm assuming, of your value.

So I'm hoping you can talk to that and then what your values are and how you sort of found them.
