Yeah, just acknowledging the good work that's going on by everybody in the team because like, you know, including your contractors, marketing markets, you know, those sorts of people, producer ads, everyone's doing really great work for us alongside us on our behalf too to make the operation succeed.
Yeah, you're right.
And I'm interested in that.
When you are leading a small team, do you reckon that's a common symptom of feeling like you're not leading well because you've only got such a small subset of people to bounce off or refer?

Yeah, and I think if I throw another comment of praise to Stephen, I think that oscillation between being on and being off is a lot better.
I think, you know, when he was trundling to his own moment in Christchurch where things were starting to unravel, it was just everything too tight.
Exactly.
So I've noticed definitely...
On the weekends, far less correspondence.
He talks about phone-free Saturdays, and that is that.
It used to be, I guess, the week's focus would come in on a Sunday night.
Sometimes now that's on a Monday morning.
So I think being able to regulate and check –
taking half a day to go out and whack some golf balls has been really good as much as I give him shit about it.
I actually think that's such a healthy thing for him to be doing.
There's real benefit to it.
And I think even one step further, starting to have business meetings alongside around a golf in the space that we work in is actually a no-brainer for me.
It makes so much sense to be like, yeah, take that guy out to Te Ake and have a whack, you know, set up a four ball with three of our partners and surprise and delight and do all those things.
