It was a double change this time last year.

We were leaving NZME.

We were making a decision on where we were going, actually, whether we're going to stick with NZME, whether we're going to go with ACAST, who we're with at the moment.

But we were also renewing our partnerships.

And it felt at that moment like lots and lots of big decisions were needing to be made.

And you know me, I'm a glass half empty kind of a guy.

So I was already thinking the what if, worst case scenario.
