farmland transaction across Australia over the past 31 years.
So that's 310,000 transactions accounting for over 350 million hectares of land traded at a value of almost $245 billion.

He also talked about the Chinese market and he said selling directly to consumers, which Breville's been doing over the last year or so, has gone a lot better than expected.
