However it looks, I think what you're talking about ultimately is a bigger conversation between the organization and the head coach.

How much freedom do they allow him to both develop the player, but also with the expectation of winning.

And if you're sacrificing a little bit there and not having the long rope of some guaranteed years down the line, uh where either this thing goes south mid-season or at the end of the season, or you get to a point where you have to uh get into the end of the season to figure out what your future is beyond that, uh with this organization, I think you those those are some of the things that it's a different conversation to be had.
