And that memo has an interesting line in it that I'd like to know more about when we'll hear more about after cabinet about Ireland's ability to take part in sensitive EU research projects.

It's going to be a high-stakes negotiation because on one hand you have the union saying, look at inflation, look at the cost of living, it's gone mad, we need a new pay deal that outstrips that and we need it fairly quickly.
And on the other hand, Jack Chamber's already poor-mouthing about what he can deliver while we have bumper tax returns and they're promising X, Y and Z in the budget.
So watch that space because it's going to be dominating headlines for a while.

Certainly tax cuts, they're all in lockstep.
