They want it involved in every aspect of our life.
So you'd think they would be professionals at running good government.
And the truth is that could be further from the truth.

The bullet train, I'm not opposed to high speed rail.
I actually think we should have high speed rail in America.
It's a good thing.
In California, this was going to be a $33 billion project.
I'm going off my memory now, Adam.
It's going to be $130 billion project.
It can't be built.
It can't be funded.
Over 15 years, they've spent a little over $15 billion.
Not one high-speed rail track was laid.
I think there was a lot of grift in this project.
I think a lot of people were making money, and they weren't actually moving towards building the train.
And so we gave federal money to that project.
We cut it, we canceled it.
We are not gonna fund a train that will never be built.
And by the way, you said it was a Bakersfield to Merced.
