It was supposed to be from LA to San Francisco, but that was too long and too much for them.
So they actually truncated it and made it from two places that people don't really travel in California.
But I keep asking even my Democrat friends, I mean, could you help me speak liberalism?
So look at trains, not high-speed rail, but transit systems.
Adam, whether it's in New York or in North Carolina or Chicago, you have dirty, filthy trains that are homes for the most violent element in our society, and we pay for them, and I'm supposed to get on a train.
I would never put my daughter...
on the MTA, the New York City subway at seven o'clock at night and send her through any stops because it's not safe.
If you believe in trains and you don't like cars, you and I like cars, they don't like cars, they want us all on public transit, it should be the most beautiful, safe system that you could ever, it should be European.
and the way you deliver that asset to the american people and they deliver crap violent and people are forced to to write it but if you believe in government show that you can actually manage these projects and and and run them well so people actually want to use them um but instead you you make a homeless shelter and you have people who um are getting whether they're getting stabbed they're getting robbed they're getting pushed you know out of the tracks
That's not the way it should be.
And so I get frustrated because, and even when we build projects, I mentioned, we're focused on DEI.
We're focused on a whole bunch of things that don't actually make life better for the people who pay taxes and give it to whether it's the local or state or federal government to actually make improvements.
So my life, I get more time back.
I get a better experience with my federal government.
Airports are the same thing.
If you ever fly through other parts of the world, beautiful airports.
We have an old infrastructure, and we're going to work on that.
How do we upgrade our airports across the country?
We oversee them, but I don't manage them.
But we could do a way better job in America in transportation.
