any opening for them to exploit, they were going to exploit it, right?

And so that's the point with these cases, with the Comey case, with the Letitia James case, and with any of these cases that we want to see, any of these high-profile prosecutions that we want to see.

These cases have to have every T crossed, every I dotted, or else you're going to see it's not even going to get to trial.

And that's what we want.

We want these cases to go to trial.

Look, I can't guarantee that you're going to get a conviction.

If it was up to me, we would already convict them, right?

I would say, get out of here with your motions to dismiss.

You lied to Congress.

Leticia James, you said you lived in two places at once.

You can't do that, by the way, in New York.

In New York, according to the state constitution, if you hold state office...

You can't declare your primary residence out of state.

That's the problem.

She was saying she lived in Virginia and yet was serving as the Attorney General in New York.

The other thing that I found weird about Letitia James, too, was this whole thing about the spouse.

How do you... You know...

Mortgage fraud, right?

So the term fraud would imply that you intentionally deceived the person on the other side of that application, right?

And so people say, well, there's a difference between fraud and a mistake, right?
