This Comey case would never have been dismissed had Lindsay Halligan already been confirmed by the Senate.

So now they have a chance.

They've got six months to actually get her confirmed.

If I was John Thune, I'm on the phone with president Trump this morning saying, Hey, she's getting confirmed tomorrow.

Let's see what happens after that.

But that's where we stand with this Comey and Letitia James case.

And nobody wants justice for these bad actors more than I do, right?

And there's going to be people flipping out.

You're the one saying be patient.

Well, the reason I say be patient is, again, you need these cases to be airtight.
