Why not bring him in when O'Hearn reaches immediately?

He's the tying run, yes, but why are you doing it in that situation?

And more likely to score on a hit in the gap.

Why not already make that change defensive, or that change on the bases, put Billy Cook in, have him on base in a bunt situation where if you're so concerned about Ryan O'Hearn
