And was this book specifically marketed or thought of as a YA book?

I guess that's the one thing I'm not positive on.

Because I know the Eyes of the Dragon was.

Yeah, because it definitely seems like it.

And part of that is just, this is so much different from the other King books because it is a very, like you said, simplified derivative of a...

a quest story.

And it might be similar to Huck Finn in that way, where Tom Sawyer is definitely a kid's book, but Huck Finn is a little bit closer to an adult book, but still is somewhat of a YA book.

So yeah, I agree with it.

And I do think that that's part of the reason that we're both struggling with it is everything that you just said.
