In this section, we're introduced to that busker outside of the mall who Jack is convinced is Speedy.
And I wasn't exactly quite sure what the point of this was, because again, it's the same problem we had with Speedy earlier, right?
Which is he's not specifically stating what Jack needs to do.
He's hinting at the fact that Jack might be able to transfer between the worlds without his magic juice.
Because that's a big concern for Jack at this point, that I'm running out of juice.

He has to hide him throughout and can't be seen with him and has a lot more explaining to do when they're together in each other's presence.
