He's a great fit for us.

To your point a minute ago, that he truly wants to win and be a part of something bigger than his own goals and that he fits our style, has the ability.

And I think like that was really our focus.

How can we get this right?

Combining high school retention and guys from the portal.

Again, talking to so many different people that I know that have NBA experience and a lot of front office people, I think the one thing that sometimes is overlooked is the best players in the world, the guys who make the most money, oftentimes are those who want to be coached the hardest.

Now you go all the way back to like Magic Johnson, like nobody wanted to win more than that guy.

His competitive spirit was insane, right?

But he was a coach himself on the floor.

Like he wanted hard practices.

He wanted to be pushed to the highest level.

And quite frankly, he wanted teammates that were willing to be pushed just like him.

I don't think that's changed.

when you when you deal with smart people that have high goals that really want to do great things in this game they're not signing up for just an environment where you know take it or leave it they want to be pushed they want to make sure that you know what you're talking about but they they want a highly competitive environment that can bring out the best in them and

I believe this being with our group for almost two months now.

We have a great group when it comes to the love of the game, wanting to get better, learning, and really trying to come together to do something special.

So I don't find that the new NIL space has necessarily changed that much.

If you deal with a different type of person or player, then I think that

this world could certainly affect them more.

But we're really trying to get the bullseye, get winners, people who love this game as part of our program.
