Well, if you could do that, there's an entire industry out there that like, this is kind of like the 10 times, 100 times cheaper.

And I'm like, okay, great.

You know?

Hold my beer.

We're going to go and build it.

Yeah, but you need to know what the latest magic is, right?

So because we were so deep into mobile so early that when we heard a problem like that, we were one of the few people that could go, oh, I could do that.

Yeah, this new magic mobile thing can reduce the cost of something that's like $100,000 down to $200.

And so we built it.

It worked.

We wired up a whole bunch of stores.

Um, and what I learned out of this endeavor was, um, I was in my, I'm going to say like fifth HVAC conference.

And I realized that I did not want to spend the next 10 years working in heating, ventilation and air conditioning jobs.

It all sounds pretty riveting, to be fair.

I'd say those conferences are a mighty crack.

Yeah.

So we built this great technology and had zero passion for the problem or the customers.

So we sold it back to my friend's company who ended up buying it and further developing it.

But I've always lived with this idea that if I'm going to do a startup, I have to love the customer.

I have to love spending time with a customer.
