But, you know, just mentally.
it knowing that that's just it's not real it is important and uh it's tricky though as fighters like we come off wins we feel like man we come off losses we're like i'm shit no one wants to you know but none of that's true um and knowing that is important and understanding that is important and uh but god damn it it feels way better coming off a win you're absolutely right i i i remember my
Um...
I mean, I'm just so happy with where I'm at right now in my career that it's so hard to look at those losses and be upset about them.
It's like, if I go out there and beat Merab, you know, maybe I'm not fighting at the White House.
Maybe I'm not fighting Amon at the White House.
Maybe I lose against someone else at the White House.
Like, there's just... It's so...
hard to look at those adversities and, and wish they had played out different when you're in such a good spot as I'm in right now.
So, um, and I do, I do think there's a, you learn a lot more going through stuff like that than if you, if you just keep winning, like you just keep winning.
It's so much, there's not as much, I feel like there's not as much to learn.
Like you go through these losses, you learn more about your emotions, you learn more about yourself, you know, you there's, there's more to learn in adversity.
So I think there is, there is something to that.
Um,
So yeah, there's something to losing.
Something good can come out of losing.

I try so hard not to be attached to these outcomes.
