it's pretty interesting the the way that your week kind of gets formulated is depending on your turnaround so if it's a seven-day turnaround six-day turnaround or five-day turnaround so for example this week we have a seven-day turnaround so uh we got two days off um yesterday you know you go do your your recovery you go to a gym go do go get a lift in so you can kind of tick that box get independent of the club
yeah yeah yep so they kind of let you go get refreshed away from you know get out of the stale of just say coming into belmore and you know going out and going into a normal gym um going to the beach and then today was is like our big session so you know you come do review
go see every coach.
How long does a review take?
Yeah, so review in the team sense will probably take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.
And then your individual reviews, you'll go sit down with your attacking coaches, your defense coach, and now there's last play coaches.
So they'll talk through your movements on last plays.
And for me, it'll be like how you kicked and how you escorted.
So it's one-on-one?
Yeah, so that's all one-on-one.
And you make sure that you go sit down with all of them.
They've got
lists of, yeah, a lot of things.

So that's kind of only really been around.
The first one that I had there was at the Panthers.
