Again, I gave out McGonigal on this show.

McGonigal is in a great spot.

He's currently like minus two 50 in the market.

I make a minus two 60.

So it's not an actionable bet, but I do show value on him.

If McGonigal gets hurt at some point, the rest of the way.

Everybody's assuming kind of that Akimoto from the Jays or Murakami from the White Sox is going to win that award.

Messick projects right now as the wins above replacement leader behind McGonigal.

And I make him about 12 to one.

You can get him as high as 30 to one.

So you want a small stab.

Parker Messick is he's going to get the innings.

He threw about 140 innings between the minors and majors last season.

He's going to finish around 190.

I think he's one of the best pitchers in the American League.

He's going to be in the AL Cy Young mix as well.

He's not going to end up winning the award, but he'll be top five, top six in AL Cy Young.

And I think if McGonigal doesn't win AL rookie, he's probably my favorite candidate, even above all the hitters that you have in the AL.

JJ Weatherholt, I gave him out in the preseason as well at 6-1.

He's the NL favorite.
