Well, they transfused me.

They stabilized me with three units of blood.

Eventually, I needed 10 units, which is a full complement of blood.

It's like, we're talking about human life here, and if you want to be part of something greater than yourself, it's blah, blah, blah, all these things that we all kind of want.
