Secretary Rubio says early information on the shooting deaths by Cuban soldiers of four people on a speedboat hasn't been verified by the U.S.

The secretary did say of the incident.

Reports are six additional people on the boat, which was registered in Florida, were wounded.

Secretary Rubio said to get more facts.

The U.S.

wants access to the boat and to speak with those who were shot.

As to what led to this, Rubio said.

The Coast Guard and Homeland Security are involved in the investigation.
