And you go, that's not just something that's happening to me emotionally or mentally or physically.

I feel like my soul is being spoken to in a way.

So in order to move them,

on all four of those modalities, I have to make sure that I'm engaging all four of those modalities myself, that I'm making sure that I'm engaging myself mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually as well.
