You you've said before that you are an apprentice in terms of caregiving.
You're still learning.
What do you think you've learned so far in your caregiving experience that you didn't know when you were leading a global organization?
It's like people say about having children that you learn so much more about yourself when you have children.
And caregiving, I think, does the same thing.
You learn so much about who you are when you become a caregiver.
Um you had the courage to per publicly say, um, I'm stepping away from this role, uh the senior leadership role, to take care of my mom.
I need to take care of my mother.
Do you think making that decision
You know, because so many leaders feel they have to be t certain at all times, they have to be strong at all times, they can't show any sign of of weakness or vulnerability.
Do you think that having to make that decision made you more vulnerable or made you more authentic as a leader?

mean we all have our vulnerable moments and it's it's to me it makes makes them a stronger leader.
