Where employees feel comfortable coming forward and sharing their caregiving experiences, as well as for leaders themselves to share their experience.
And Zach and I have a great example of that.
We did a a podcast with a large organization.
Many people attended
We were in the chat room.
And we actually were working directly with the individual was the COO at the time of the optimization.
Who now is the CEO, but at the time he was caregiving for both of his parents.
And he talked about that experience and the struggles that he had trying to manage his leadership role along with caring for his parents, which of course was a priority for him.
And
At the end of this conversation, the chat room blew up so big, we couldn't keep up with conversation.
We couldn't keep up with questions.
People just started coming for and some senior leaders as well.
