I think if we have a fair election...
We will definitely flip the House.
And I think we have a very, very good chance of flipping the Senate.
I remain hopeful about our country.
I do.
Again, you know, maybe because I'm the pastor of Ebenezer Church, I think a lot about the civil rights movement.

Andy Young tells me this wonderful story, and I tell it in the book, about how when they passed the civil rights bill and the law, Dr. King went to see President Johnson with some of his lieutenants.
And Johnson was proud of the fact that he had signed the civil rights bill and the law.
And Dr. King said, yes, wonderful victory, Mr. President.
I need a voting rights law without skipping a beat.
And President Johnson kept saying in various ways, I get it, Martin.
I understand, Dr. King, but I can't get that done right now.
Do you know how much political capital I had to spend to get this over the finish line?
I don't have the power to do it.
They left the meeting.
