I'd been dating in New York all my 20s. I was single. I'm born and raised in Manhattan. Okay, wow. Maybe I need to switch it up and, like, go somewhere geographically different.

Right? And six minutes in, I basically was, like, dating someone at the time who was, like, super toxic. But at the time, I was moving to L.A. I was done with love.
