It's just like, it's really, it's a trip, but I think that's a huge part of, at least for me, network gave me like a place to land.
When I jumped out of the building, there was like one of those trampolines, those big soft places that wasn't going, please don't make me read your artist statement.
Instead it was like, Hey, do you guys want to get together the four of us and meet every week and look at each other's statements and studio practices?
Or I don't know the accountability groups for me.
Like I think I've had
four or five of them now, and three are still going, two are still very active.
But accountability groups tend to kind of come and go, but each one lasted over a year, I would say, which is a long time for an accountability group to be really consistent.
One of the groups is over two years old.
We only meet about six to eight
six to eight weeks, something like that, that we meet unless somebody has something going on and then we'll get together and then we keep an asynchronous chat in between in case someone needs some help with something.
That's been a really great one.
There's another one that I have now.
We meet every other week.

We miss a week because there's holidays or something, but it is really the most supportive group I've ever been a part of.
The three artists that are in it with me, we make four all together.
There was one person who left and another person joined and it was seamless.
And the way we support each other for our studio practices, for exhibitions, for text, for applications, and they're brutal.
