How would I have found that?

So I have some pieces I haven't quite finished.

So I have a couple of things that I still need to go and screen because I had to leave a little early since my schedule put me back in Abu Dhabi.

But the

The work that I ended up producing were several editions dealing with fabrics, mostly collected from FabScrap.

So volunteering there, sorting fabric, and then things that couldn't be downcycled even because they're too high plastic content.

So I did these experimental prints where I direct exposed these sort of montage collages to the silk screens and then printed the editions.

So several of those.

And then actually I have one sitting literally next to me.

Yeah.

And it's actually made with paper that was upcycled.

So I think there's a lot of stuff like this and it becomes what's called pre-consumer waste.

So I'm kind of looking at highlighting these things, but then turning them into these beautiful objects.

And without Powerhouse, that wouldn't have happened.

the cohort and my own fellowship were wonderful.

It's just, it's so incredible to have these spaces that are so well-made, so put together, have incredible equipment.

And we're just so lucky that way.

I think there's a lot of places where it's really hard to get to equipment.

And even in New York, it's hard to get to equipment.
