Would the people that are inside be even there?
And how many people at the time could fit in that tunnel?
But Bill says for a major city where space is at a premium, Auckland doesn't have as much going on underground as other places.
That's because it hasn't been as easy to dig down.
When it rains, when places like this that are underground, are they at risk of flooding?
So not only would it be difficult to build something underground, but it would also be quite expensive to... Yeah, yeah.
But there are a few exceptions in Auckland City.
