They really have to be
um, you know, val they have they have to align with our company values.
But as one of my franchisees uh calls himself, he calls himself a peoplepreneur.
And I think that is um that's super critical.
We are in the business of people.
Most businesses are, but our people, meaning our massage therapists and skin therapists are really the product that we're selling every day in order to sell the the the therapeutic well being services that we do.
Um and so the the the people part of our business is super critical.
It makes it it makes it a sim it makes it simple because we don't have a lot of inventory, we don't have shrinkage, spoilage, all those things that you might see in the restaurant business.
But we have a uh we have to have people that really take care of people.
So it starts there, but the value proposition for our guests and members is really providing um a professional
affordable and convenient experience in an elevated environment.
And we really do that by um I think just, you know, stepping up the overall experience with starts with a complete sensory journey um that elevates that overall experience for our guests and members each and every time that they come in.
And I talk about sensory journey meaning, you know, sound, sense, sight, touch, all of those things.
um, you know, sound like before you even enter our retreats.
There's this just beautiful, soothing music and that continues as you come in.
You walk in and you smell the aromatherapy and we've got, you know, a signature scent that's lemongrass that that is in each of the locations and so that that sensory journey continues and that sensory journey then continues into the room where
you get to customize the types of aromatherapy that that that um that you get uh based on you know what it is that you're trying to achieve that day from relaxation to energy to what have you.
Um we've got the you know the site ambient lighting choices so you can choose uh the types of lighting that you want in the room and then touch could include, you know, everything from the the thickest, most amazing massage tables and
um wool, heated, you know, blankets and just um amazing linens.
So you we're just we're just touching all of the senses throughout that experience and it really does provide um an elevated experience, a step up above anybody um in in this space.
