You're talking about a club that's from Campbelltown to Ashfield in the city.
You've got juniors all over the country.
You've got to get your side ready every week, selection, media, all that sort of stuff.
It is impossible to do on your own.
So you need good people around you.

And obviously that was the beginning of the end.
But, you know, I look at it in a positive way for Benji that, you know, they could see, okay, you know, what happened with the Dewey, everything that's happened this year.
these are the holes in our organisation and this is one of them that they want to try and fill and put some support around Benji because obviously I think he must be able to coach.
He's done a good job.
They haven't won football games, but whether he's employed people that were his mates and the clubs have made a change.
It's got to be a positive.
not everybody needs to – Well, Jimmy, if the club didn't do something, then you'd be saying, yeah, the club's just as bad as everyone else.
