I feel the head of performance is probably more important than any other person in the organisation.
So, you know, I had Andrew Gray who I think is one of the best in the league all my time and then he came to the Dragons for a year or two.
But he's so crucial in the whole, you know, to get players fit, you know, what's going on in the dressing shed, how the assistant coach is going.
It's so crucial, that role.
Mate, you look around like Wayne, Robbo.
Craig, Ivan, they've all got good people around them.
You need good people around.
That was one of the things I always made sure they had good people around.
You can't do it on your own.
No matter how good you are, you can't do it on your own.
It is too big a job.
