Yeah, just amazing.

Yeah, just before recess because we had a student that came into our classroom hysterical, leaning up against the door saying, oh, I saw a flying saucer in the backyard, which is what we called them in those days.

And everybody got up to run out.

The teacher said, sit down, you know, it's not recess.

And then the bell went off and she had no control.

So we all just...

everybody ran outside into the um the you know oval and at the recess point my friend and i were sitting on the fence and we were crying thinking it was the end of the world

Well, if you think back all those years, they didn't have that type of technology there, weather balloon, whatever, that would move at that speed.

So that sort of discounted that.

But as time's gone on, you know, this is the science has just gone nuts.

And, you know...

Well, I couldn't give you, I couldn't give you miles per hour, I could just give you a demonstration as in that fast.

Absolutely not, absolutely not.

And, and when they hovered, they just, they were just still and you could see a, um, the heat, sort of a radiance coming off the actual saucer itself.

It was a humming sound.

But nothing loud, couldn't see anything inside.

There were lights underneath.

i can't really recall um i don't think that they were red or blue or anything like that i think they were just white lights yeah but you know as i'm getting older my memory is starting to fade and i've got to recall what my colleagues or my you know um schoolmates and that also remember yeah yeah how close would the objects have been to the school then when you well it was okay so the one that i saw it was where that tree is

Well, approximately that, yeah, maybe a little bit higher.

Yes, and it was just hovering there.
