But I think as women, we have a lot that we're just constantly wrestling with.
So I feel like it's just at this point
forefront of everything that we do.
And it's kind of coming at us from almost an unconscious programming level.
And that's why it's just so difficult to get around it.
But I think what's, you know, I talk a lot about this concept called healthy wealth, which is deciding the version of wealth that you want, deciding what enough means in your life, deciding what your vision of life looks like.
Because until you do that,
You're never going to know if you're going in that direction.
And you're always going to feel a sense of like, well, I should have done that.
Or I feel shameful about this or shameful about that.
And that has taken me years and years.
To try to get to a place where I unravel my own shame around money and can stand in a place where I'm willing to share secrets.
And I think the secrecy is like what keeps the shame locked up.
If you go on social media, right?
You see people like, oh, I made a million dollars in my business and I passed six figures and I made this much.
That is a breeding ground for shame, right?
Because you instantly compare yourself
But I think if we started to talk from a healthy perspective about the things that we haven't done right around money, that there would be a lot less shame because we'd all realize like, oh, you did that too?
So did I. Like, oh my gosh.
Okay, well, I'm not alone any longer in this place of shame.
