It's uh as as Adie says, it's there to shape discussions around teaching and and and and and help.

You mean there's a m there's a milk checklist out there for like Oh, there is, yeah.

There is even there was a milk for students written in Jersey, I think.

No, no, no.

No, not now, 'cause 'cause a a as as Andy said, it's it it it's just water.

It's Durrington really.

You know, if if you're at Durrington, you talk about the six principals and and they've almost I would say tharbs, they've become a bit detached from us really, um, in the school and and it's kind of more about the school and and and how we do things, which is is how I like it really.

Uh yeah, that's that's good.

I think also linked to that, um, what I would say

is it's I've I've found it's much easier to work with newer teachers with this.

Um it's it can be more tricky when experienced teachers come to our school and they're not used to

being told that actually this is how we want you to teach here at Durrington.

Um yeah, that that has presented some challenges over the years, I would say.

Um I think schools have got much better at that now.

I think schools, you know, generally think

you know, more deeply about pedagogy and have um you know more of a shared language around uh teaching now, but

back in the day that that wasn't necessarily the case.

So we were quite unusual in terms of um, you know, telling teachers, well actually, you know, this is exactly how how we want you to teach, and being quite prescriptive about it, which for new teachers was easy, but but for more experienced teachers, I can think of some examples where that was uh

A bit of a challenge.

So I I I normally take them to our art department, Tom, and our art department is amazing and it has artwork all around the corridors, on the walls, and it is absolutely superb.
