So um it's interesting.

When I first heard about Logify and the opportunity to um take over from Dennis, who was our co-founder and previous CEO, I hadn't heard about the company.

I didn't even know this is category of software, property management software existed, even though I was a host on Airbnb years ago when I lived in San Diego, California.

Uh and as I looked

looked into Logify, learned more about what they've been doing.

I was just amazed because here was this company, a thirteen-year-old company that was based in Barcelona.

But was one of the largest property management software players out there serving the needs of the long tail segment of STR operators, the independent hosts, the small-scale property managers.

You know, we now have over 30,000 customers that have over a hundred thousand listings.

We're all around the world.

Oftentimes uh hosts hear about us or, you know, those in the industry think we're just a European company.

And just have customers here.

We've got customers all around the world.

Uh, and so when they hear about the size and the scale, as as I did, it's just like, wow, this company has been flying under the radar and has so much potential.
