Not only is there more competition, more saturation, especially in the urban areas, but then now there's the competition from hotels.

I mean, it used to be

As a traveler, like we I think we can all relate to this that you would go s search for a short-term rental and they were oftentimes significantly cheaper than the hotels.

Now that's not uh you know, that's not not necessarily the case anymore.

Yeah.

Um and so the competition has increased significantly, which has put pressure on occupancy rates, which has put pressure on hosts to figure out how do they get more occupancy.

At the same time, not uh have this be a full-time job because for a number of our customers, this isn't their full-time job.

It's for uh, you know, a passive income sidekick for them.

So that's the number one pattern that we see is become much more competitive, which has become making it challenging for them.

Number two, there's still this huge desire and need for direct bookings.

Uh and this is where you know Logify started with and continues to be a key, key thing for us is that pattern remains even truer today, especially

There's even more of a desire to become independent and not become overly reliant and overly dependent on the top three OTAs.

And so they're thinking about how can I do that?

How can I do that even more than

Than I have been doing in the past, especially as AI travel search is disrupting how travelers are searching.

So it's like with that macro trend, with my desire to become uh be independent from the OTAs.

How can I be front uh and center through that change?

These would be the two two big things that we're seeing.

You know, it's it's a um it's similar to like an orchestra where like the the different instruments play a role in making the music.
