And I said, why?

He said, because I would spend 500 and I'd be stuck in the box room.

And my feet would be hanging out over the bottom of the bed.

And I'd be like, all right, okay.

So even that week, that Thursday, that was even something that we were messing and joking about.

Yeah, so, you know, that was hard.

And the funeral, again, had to be under... My mum, unfortunately, like, God love her, she just couldn't face going home.

So we had stayed in her brother's house, which would have been her home place and it was left in the family.

So we'd stayed there, had the wake there and people came back there after the funeral and we'd stayed there for a couple of weeks after, but...

like, I don't know if I can say this or not, but under the COVID guidelines, but there was, I remember the papers were important, there was over 2,000 at his funeral.

His friends had organised a guard vonner, there was cars, people came from all the car scenes, every car meet he had been at, anything, there was just cars.

When you're driving down to our local church, it's a tiny little road and it's a really, really bad bend.

When I took that bend and I see

So my brother's car, his best friend drove it behind the coffin with my mum.

And I was behind in an uncle of ours car, a twin cam that Ryan was obsessed with.

He used to always joke about saying to buy it when he's older.

So my uncle kindly gave me that car to honour him.

So I came behind in that and then the rest of the lads brought the rest of our family members in their cars, you know, as a mark of respect.

couldn't get over it the people that came out and the crowds and the support and the way they honoured them with the cars and the lads came on motorbikes and it was just it was lovely lovely to see that kind of community that car community that they all put so much effort into and money into and that was their weekends and just to turn out like that and in such a scary time as well like you know and turned up and
