So I had stopped that, putting into that, watching the heart rate and had gotten every test on the sun, went for echoes, went for Holter monitors, the whole lot.

And I was working in a hospital setting at a time for a heart doctor and I had every test confirmed.

So I was like, how much more do you want to be told?

But like, I remember thinking to myself one night, I was at training

Do you know, it was the same race and heart and I knew it, you know, it was.

I guess you can explain it when it's in the middle of sport.

And I had a reason for it beating that fast.

Whereas when I'm sitting at home or I'm lying in bed, completely still, at rest, and this yoke takes off at 100 miles an hour.

And then you make it worse.

I almost kind of got to the stage where I knew mine was coming.

I could feel it.

Yeah.

And I remember being at an event with my friends in another county.

We were down in Monaghan at an event.
