And I allowed myself to like make that choice and not think about it again.
Whereas people were tormented by the indecisiveness every day of, should I stay?
Should I go?
Should I do this?
Should I not?
Whereas I just didn't make it a choice.
And I think that practice takes practice in order to like calm voices in your head.
But we've just, we've been practicing that for so long that it's now gotten a little bit easier, but it's still difficult.
um that you know that are worth it we really value figuring out what your values are so find out what really makes you tick what makes you what fills your cup what you what your god-given unique qualities are and write them down and then do everything in your power to protect them and i would say start very very small if you have a goal of not doom scrolling on your phone for two hours every night say we're only going to do it for an hour
And make that a goal that you find consistency in.
And when you start feeling like you have control of that one goal and you're like, yeah, I'm crushing that.
Then come up with another one.
I think people get really...
discouraged in the process of like committing to things because they they try to commit to something so large and they get discouraged because it's a weekend they're like I'm never going to get this you have to learn how to reverse engineer all of your big goals into tiny little things that make you feel like you're making progress
I mean, if you can't figure it out internally first, you can't figure it out externally.
All of them.
All of them.
The amount of times we go back and I'm like, I don't even know why we're arguing, but you know what?
I'm going to double down and I'm going to make a point of something.
All the time.
