As an example, I could probably list a dozen things that we've launched that weren't the best idea or maybe not the best idea at the time, right?

So we've had tremendous success with sectionals.

These are our modular sofas that could be with you the rest of your life.

Probably, by the numbers, the best-selling sectional in the United States of America right now.

We have tremendous market share in the premium sectional market with this one product.

And making forts with them in the basement inspired kids' sactionals, which were a lot of fun.

And these are magnetic and go together a little bit like the blocks you play with in our showrooms, if you're familiar with lift sack.

But larger for kids to sit on and arrange and rearrange.

And we launched this, you know, with great aplomb, with a lot of energy, with all of the...

energy and investments that go into a product launch.

And we sold some, but it was a flop.

And they were too expensive for what they needed to be.

It's a huge investment to ask a parent for their kid.

We just didn't do enough market research.

And actually, that failure to speak of how we pivoted, as an example, led us into the business model that we operate to today,
